28.3.2 In each contract year, Members shall have the right to park in the University’s parking lots upon payment of an annual fee of $363.23 plus taxes, effective May 1, 2012. Effective May 1, 2013 and May 1, 2014, the fee shall be increased by the scale increase under Article 30. The University shall maintain at least the number of available parking places for Members, exclusive of reserved parking places that were available on July 1, 2010. The parking lots designated for the use of faculty and staff shall be reserved for their use Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Annually on May 1, the University shall provide a statement to the Association of the total number of parking spaces available to Members on the Waterloo campus and on the Brantford campus, and the total number of parking permits purchased by Members.
