PTCA: Art. 13.6.2.16 Seniority List

13.6.2.16 Along with the notice under 13.6.2.15, no later than twenty (20) days after the first date of each academic term, the University shall post on a secure site of the University web site a copy of the seniority list of each academic unit or sub-unit, as appropriate, as of the end of the previous academic term. The report on the University web site shall list the following items, in order: Member name, faculty/department, total seniority points, total seniority hours, term Member last employed, course number, seniority in course, course seniority points, course seniority hours, and the cross-listing, if applicable.

Spring/summer Term: May 1st
