Members who have held an appointment within the Bargaining Unit in each of the previous two (2) academic years, and who have applied for, and can reasonably expect to receive, an appointment in the subsequent academic year, shall be eligible to apply for access to CAS office space through the Spring Term in which they do not hold an appointment. Application shall be in writing to the Dean. Subject to the availability of CAS office space, Members who apply and meet the criteria shall not be unreasonably denied.
