25.7.3 By June 1st each year, the Senior Advisor Dispute Resolution & Support shall make an annual report to the President with a copy to the Association. This report shall provide a statistical record of complaints, informal resolutions, mediations, and formal investigations, and shall include any observations and recommendations the Senior Advisor Dispute Resolution & Support may have with respect to this Article.
