I am writing to invite you to respond to a new questionnaire that is being sent to faculty and librarians across Ontario by the Ontario Confederation of Faculty Associations (OCUFA).
Last year, over 2,000 participants completed OCUFA’s first questionnaire. The high response rate provided a very valuable resource informing OCUFA’s advocacy with government, the media and the public on behalf of faculty and librarians in the province.
The questionnaire has been designed to solicit the opinions of faculty and librarians on an array of topics that are important to the welfare of Ontario universities. Having information which comes directly from the people on the front line is an invaluable tool in enhancing our advocacy efforts on your behalf.
Please be assured that your responses will remain confidential. The responses will be aggregated at the provincial level so as to maintain the confidentiality not only of the respondent but of the institution in which the respondent is located.
The questionnaire should take 15 – 20 minutes to complete.
