Linda has worked for the Association since September 2008. Her major responsibilities are Member support, Executive and Grievance Committee support and organization, organization of Association events and Negotiation support and research. Linda handles the bookkeeping for the Association and the day to day office adventures. Linda came to WLUFA with many years of experience in the administrative field, and that number you will have to guess!
Linda is a member of the Canadian Organization of Faculty Association Staff (COFAS) and attends OCUFA and COFAS Association Staff events.
Since working with WLUFA, Linda has attended seminars from Fred Pryor/Career Track in Administrative Assistants and Dealing with Difficult People which have helped her maintain her sunny disposition when dealing with the wonderful Members of WLUFA each day.
Linda secured her diploma in Accounting and Payroll administration in 2008.
