The membership of the Wilfrid Laurier Faculty Association (WLUFA) and the Executive and Governance Committee of the university’s Board of Governors have ratified a new collective agreement.
The agreement covers the university’s 549 full-time faculty and 21 professional librarians. The agreement runs from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023.
The parties are pleased to have approved what they feel is a fair and equitable agreement, benefiting both the membership and the university.
